Job Description:

This role offers visibility and support, encouraging proactive decision-making and collaboration. You will be empowered with autonomy to lead key architectural decisions and solutions, directly impacting strategic business outcomes.

Attendance at meetings at our Head Office in Abingdon, Oxon, is expected approximately once a fortnight or month, with occasional more frequent meetings. Candidates should reside within a comfortable commute.

You will be responsible for designing and overseeing scalable, sustainable Salesforce solutions. Experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud, BSS/OSS integration, OmniStudio tools, and certifications such as Vlocity Platform Developer and Industries CPQ is highly desirable. Knowledge of Field Service, Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft, and Service Cloud is also beneficial.
