A leading telecom company is seeking a Salesforce Solutions Architect in Milton Keynes to lead Salesforce solutions and upgrade initiatives. Job Description:

This role offers visibility and support, encouraging independent decision-making and collaboration. You will be empowered with autonomy to influence key architectural and solution decisions, contributing directly to the transformation project.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions. Experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud, BSS/OSS integration, and OmniStudio tools is highly desirable. Knowledge of Field Service, Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft, and Service Cloud would be advantageous.

Attendance at meetings at our Head Office in Abingdon, Oxon, is expected approximately once a fortnight or month, with occasional more frequent meetings. Candidates should reside within a comfortable commute.

Gigaclear is a growing Fibre Broadband company deploying FTTP/FTTH infrastructure across challenging UK locations, transforming communities with high-speed broadband. You will lead Salesforce upgrade initiatives to support this growth.

Key skills and experience
