Job Description:

This role offers visibility and support, with an emphasis on decision-making and leadership in architecture and solutions. You will be empowered with autonomy, working closely on strategic outcomes related to Salesforce solutions, particularly in a Telecoms context with potential experience in Salesforce Communications Cloud, BSS/OSS, OmniStudio, and related certifications.

You will need to attend meetings at our Head Office in Abingdon, Oxon, approximately once a fortnight or month, sometimes more frequently. Living within a comfortable commute is recommended.

Key responsibilities include designing and overseeing scalable Salesforce solutions, leading transformation projects, and contributing to the development of the UK's largest rural fibre network. Experience with Salesforce Industries, Vlocity, Field Service, Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft, and Service Cloud is desirable.

Key skills and experience:

Experience in Fibre Broadband (FTTP / FTTH) development, working in challenging environments, and a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and related systems are essential.
