Job Description:

This role offers visibility and support, but expects proactive decision-making and leadership. You will be empowered with autonomy to make key architectural decisions, contributing directly to strategic outcomes. Regular attendance at our Head Office in Abingdon, Oxon, is expected, approximately once a fortnight or month, with occasional more frequent meetings. The position involves designing and overseeing scalable Salesforce solutions, with a preference for experience in Telecoms, Salesforce Communications Cloud, and BSS/OSS integration. Familiarity with OmniStudio, Salesforce Industries certifications, and related tools such as Field Service, Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft, and Service Cloud is advantageous. You will be leading Salesforce upgrades as part of our significant investment in rural fibre network infrastructure, helping us transform and mature our services.
