Job Description:

This role offers visibility and support, encouraging proactive decision-making and collaboration. You will be empowered with autonomy, responsible for key architectural decisions and solutions, especially in a transformation project of significant scale.

You will be involved in designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions, with desirable experience in Salesforce Communications Cloud, BSS/OSS integration, OmniStudio tools, and certifications like Vlocity Platform Developer and Industries CPQ. Knowledge of Field Service, Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft, and Service Cloud is beneficial.

Attendance at meetings at our Head Office in Abingdon, Oxon, is expected roughly once a fortnight or month, sometimes more frequently, so reside within a comfortable commute.

Gigaclear is a growing Fibre Broadband company, deploying FTTP/FTTH infrastructure in challenging UK areas, aiming to provide city-level broadband to rural communities. You will lead the Salesforce upgrade as part of our ongoing transformation.
