A role where you will be visible, supported, but not "spoon-fed." You will be someone who is proactive and used to working with support and collaboration, making decisions to set direction and implement solutions.
You will be empowered with autonomy, working closely with the transformation project. You will own key decisions around architecture and solutions, beyond day-to-day development tasks.
Success and recognition will come from achieving outcomes aligned with key strategic business decisions, driven by your decisions and actions.
