Job Description:

This role offers visibility and support, with a focus on autonomous decision-making and strategic direction. You will be empowered and close to the operational aspects, owning key architecture and solutions decisions, beyond daily development tasks.

You will be responsible for designing and overseeing scalable Salesforce solutions. Experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud, BSS/OSS integration, and OmniStudio tools is desirable. Knowledge of Field Service, Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft, and Service Cloud is beneficial.

Attendance at meetings at our Head Office in Abingdon, Oxon, is expected approximately once a fortnight or month, sometimes more frequently, so living within a comfortable commute is necessary.

Gigaclear is a growing Fibre Broadband company, developing infrastructure in challenging areas of the UK, aiming to provide city-level broadband to rural communities. You will lead our Salesforce upgrade initiatives as part of our transformation.
