A role where you will be visible, supported but not spoon-fed. You will be someone who is proactive, collaborative, and capable of making decisions to set direction and execute plans.
You will be empowered with autonomy, and given the opportunity to be close to the technical details while owning key architectural decisions. This is not just about day-to-day development but about strategic impact.
Success and recognition will come from achieving outcomes aligned with strategic business goals, driven by your decisions and actions.
Note: You will need to attend meetings at our Head Office in Abingdon, Oxon, approximately once a fortnight or month, sometimes more. Living within a comfortable commute is preferred.
You will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions. Experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud, BSS/OSS integration, and OmniStudio tools is highly desirable. Certifications such as Vlocity Platform Developer, Industries CPQ, and knowledge of Field Service, Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft, and Service Cloud are beneficial.
