Job summary

AbsoluteLabs is seeking a Salesforce Functional Lead to own end-to-end functional solutions for complex Salesforce transformation programmes across Agentforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and more. This delivery-focused leadership role guides workshops, designs processes, and ensures alignment between business requirements and programme delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience.
• Proven experience as a Functional Lead, Delivery Lead, Programme Lead, or similar leadership role.
• Strong ability to bridge business and technical teams.
• Expertise in business analysis, process design, and solution definition.
• Experience creating process maps, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, system and process flows, and test plans.
• Strong experience delivering Agile projects with backlog management and prioritisation.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce multi-cloud environments, including Service Cloud, Agentforce, Sales Cloud.
• Salesforce certifications strongly preferred across Sales, Service, Data Cloud, and Agentforce.

Responsibilities

• Own the functional solution across Salesforce programmes (Agentforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, Data Cloud, Field Service).
• Lead discovery, process design, and solution-definition workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Translate business objectives into scalable Salesforce solutions and drive delivery across teams.
• Provide functional leadership across sales, customer service, omnichannel experiences, and AI-enabled processes.
