Job summary
Slalom is seeking a Salesforce Functional Lead to join our UK team in London or Manchester. You will own the functional solution for Salesforce initiatives, including Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud and Service Cloud, and lead delivery from initiation through handover.
You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, translate complex business requirements into actionable Salesforce solutions, and support Agile ceremonies to ensure high-quality releases.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading Salesforce projects
- Strong ability to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
- Experience coordinating across business, design, development and QA teams
- Proficiency in Agile ceremonies and sprint delivery
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
Responsibilities
- Own the functional solution for Salesforce initiatives (Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud)
- Lead the delivery team through initiation, definition, design, configuration oversight, implementation and handover
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable Salesforce solutions
- Guide cross-disciplinary teams including analysts, configurators, developers and UX designers
- Drive Agile processes: planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, retrospectives and demos
- Collaborate with QA/UAT teams to define and execute test plans and verify releases
