Job summary

Lorien is hiring a Senior Technical Project Manager in London to lead a large-scale Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud transformation as part of a major technology programme. The role focuses on end-to-end delivery, governance, stakeholder management and coordinating internal teams and partners.

You will drive complex technology transformations, work in a hybrid delivery environment and collaborate with third-party suppliers to realise business change across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud programmes.
• Strong project governance, planning and RAID management skills.
• Experience managing complex technology transformation projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with third-party suppliers and implementation partners.
• Media, publishing or subscription-based business experience.
• Agile and hybrid delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Salesforce transformations.
• Oversee project governance, risk, issues and decisions (RAID).
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party suppliers to deliver business and technology change.
• Manage stakeholders and communications across multiple business units.
• Ensure alignment with programme goals, benefits and delivery milestones.
