Leadout Capital is seeking an experienced delivery leader to drive large-scale Salesforce and digital transformation programmes from mobilisation through successful implementation. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, engage senior stakeholders and provide executive status updates to customers and sponsors.

The role rewards strategic thinking, strong governance, and proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget across multiple suppliers.

Formación

• Experience delivering large-scale software implementations with multiple delivery teams.
• Experience governing governance, planning, financials, forecasting and change control with exec reporting.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and leading steering committees.
• PM certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP or AgilePM are preferred or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large, strategic projects end to end, owning scope, schedule and budget.
• Build and maintain integrated project plans across multiple workstreams and suppliers.
• Act as trusted delivery contact for customer leaders and produce executive reporting.
• Coach delivery teams and share best practices across the organisation.
