Job description

Jemca is currently offering a new opportunity as a Sales Transaction Controller to join our business based at our Toyota Sidcup dealership. As a Sales Transaction Controller, you will oversee the finance and insurance sales process from start to finish. You will be interacting directly with customers, managing deal stacking daily, and delivering excellent customer service.

You will work closely with the General Sales Manager and support the Car Sales Executives. This role is suitable for an experienced Business/Transaction Manager looking to increase their OTE and expand their knowledge of hybrid technology.

What We Need
  1. Understand the customer journey and build strong relationships with clients.
  2. Present suitable options clearly to customers.
  3. Coach and lead the team by example.
  4. Engage with customers to identify appropriate vehicle, finance, warranty, or insurance products.
  5. Ensure compliance with FCA standards in all finance product sales.
  6. Manage sales and F&I performance according to KPIs.
  7. Perform Sales Controller duties, including team management, second-facing, and deal stacking.
  8. Coordinate with Sales Executives to ensure finance discussions are available for all customers.
  9. Assist second-facing customers to meet their requirements.
  10. Prepare and explain finance quotes, maximizing margin and meeting customer needs.
  11. Support deal stacking with Sales Executives and ensure customer satisfaction.
  12. Be prepared to cover Sales Manager responsibilities when needed.
Your Skills
  1. Experience in working towards Finance and Insurance targets.
  2. Proven sales track record.
  3. Valid, clean driving license.
  4. Excellent customer service skills.
  5. Experience in automotive sales industry.
  6. Previous experience as a business/transaction manager.
  7. Motivation to succeed.
  8. Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  9. Experience working in an FCA regulated environment and maintaining compliance.
