We promote a business-wide regulatory and conduct risk management agenda to foster a healthy conduct culture and deliver good customer outcomes.
What you'll be doing: Managing a team of Regulatory Assurance Monitoring Specialists, Advisory Specialists, and a Regulatory Assurance Co-ordinator. Supporting their daily tasks and advancing the regulatory agenda. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality regulatory assurance activities, including conducting reviews, discussing emerging themes, and drafting reports. You will oversee action tracking, reporting, and support regulatory and group reporting processes. Occasionally, you will represent the function at regulatory forums and committees, providing MI and regulatory challenge.
Ownership: You will shape and own regulatory assurance processes, becoming a trusted partner within the business, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the company's success.
Requirements - Key Experience & Skills: Retail Consumer Credit experience (desirable), exposure to the financial services industry, leadership in compliance/assurance, conducting reviews, reporting, MI analysis, and knowledge of the motor finance regulatory landscape.
