Jemca are currently offering a fantastic opportunity as a Customer Consultant to join our business based at our Toyota Sidcup dealership. As a Customer Consultant, you will manage the customer’s sales process from start to finish, ensuring an exceptional experience through friendly and professional service.

You will handle all sales appointments, ensure high-quality test drives, and meet sales targets. This role is suitable for an experienced Customer Consultant looking to increase their earnings within a leading brand.

What We Need
  • Build rapport by talking and listening to customers to understand their requirements.
  • Demonstrate suitable options and encourage product experience.
  • Maintain contact and keep customers informed during the sales and pre-delivery process.
  • Coordinate vehicle handovers and complete all necessary paperwork for registration.
  • Personally hand over vehicles and introduce customers to the service team for future business.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and understand the customer journey.
  • Follow the full Sales Process.
  • Build relationships with the service team and maximize sales opportunities across departments.
  • Achieve personal sales and profit targets through conversions, test drives, warranty, and add-on sales.
  • Complete all administration accurately and promptly.
  • Provide memorable service experiences.
  • Attend scheduled appointments from our Sales Enquiry Team.
Your Skills
  • Previous experience as a Customer Consultant.
  • Proven sales record in a Main Dealer environment.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet targets.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience in a main dealer environment.
  • Sales-driven and financially motivated.
