A leading home improvement retailer is seeking a Sales Team Manager for their Romford location. In this role, you'll lead strategic areas of the store, focusing on sales and team performance. You'll develop your team with product knowledge, build strong customer relationships, and use insights to increase sales. Up to £35,428.84 per annum (Inclusive of £0.81 per hour, store specific location allowance) + Bonus + Pension + 6.6 Weeks Holiday
