Job summary

Trinity Resource Solutions in Reading is seeking a Sales Support professional to join our team on a fixed-term contract. You will handle incoming enquiries, process orders, and provide day-to-day support to the sales function, helping to deliver an excellent customer experience.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service or sales administration experience, is highly organized, and comfortable using SAP or Salesforce. Fluent English and team‑oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Proactive and commercially aware, with the ability to progress enquiries into orders.
• Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls, emails and other enquiries.
• Respond quickly and professionally to customer queries and provide updates on orders.
• Manage incoming sales enquiries and progress opportunities through to order wherever possible.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Review pending orders and follow up on outstanding customer requirements.
• Manage customer accounts and provide administrative and troubleshooting support.
• Act as a key point of contact for Sales Managers and Key Account Managers.
• Proactively follow up with customers regarding repeat orders and ongoing projects.
• Maintain accurate customer and project information.
• Provide accurate sales/project forecasts based on available information.
• Provide general administrative support to the wider sales team.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient customer support function.
