Purchaseyourfreedom in Pangbourne, UK is seeking a Sales Support role to assist Sales Managers in growing XP customer accounts. You will handle calls, answer inquiries, process orders, and support key account teams to help achieve growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and other communications on a daily basis.
• Answer customer inquiries and follow up on order status.
• Process and create orders in a timely manner and review pending orders.
• Manage customer accounts and provide troubleshooting for orders and status.
• Support Key account managers and Area Sales Managers as needed.
• Assist in smooth running of customer support activities and general administration.
• Provide accurate forecasts and maintain projects aligned with company rules.
• Proactively follow-up and close repeat orders for production and other projects.
