What You’ll Be Doing
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers regarding sales orders
  • Receiving orders via email and phone and accurately entering them into an ERP system
  • Managing queries around pricing, availability, delivery schedules, and delays
  • Proactively resolving customer issues including shortages, damages, or late deliveries
  • Keeping ERP records and internal teams fully up to date
  • Working closely with Sales, Logistics, Warehousing, and Finance teams
  • Managing your workload efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or order processing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence working with ERP / inventory systems (e.g. JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Netsuite or similar)
  • Highly numerate, comfortable with pricing, quantities, and spreadsheets
  • Calm under pressure, organised, and solutions‑focused
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive, can‑do mindset
