Keystone Lintels, part of the Keystone Group, is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join our External Sales Team in the UK. You will deliver proactive administrative and sales support, manage enquiries, leads, quotations and live projects, and keep CRM records up to date while coordinating appointments and tracking progress.

• Experience in a sales support or administrative role.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to use CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive administrative and sales support to the External Sales Team.
• Manage customer enquiries via telephone, email and face-to-face communication.
• Chase sales leads, quotations and live projects to maximise conversion opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including customer interactions, project updates, sales activity and follow-up actions.
• Liaise closely with External Sales Representatives to coordinate appointments, customer visits and ongoing sales activity.
• Monitor outstanding quotations and provide forward planning information on project pipelines and expected order dates.
