Job summary

Keystone Group in the UK seeks an experienced, commercially focused team player to join our growing business. You will be the key contact for customers during the order process, handling inquiries by phone and email, processing orders accurately, and working with the sales team to grow revenue and close opportunities.

You should be confident working independently or in a team, with excellent communication, relationship-building, and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building skills both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and orders within parameters, with best-in-class service.
• Process orders accurately to ensure optimal customer experience.
• Collaborate with wider sales teams to grow sales and close opportunities.
• Produce quotes and upsell to increase product specification and volume.
• Answer queries via telephone, email, and in-person, acting as a brand ambassador for Keylite.
• Maintain ERP & CRM systems in line with organisational needs.
