You will handle quotations, pricing, supplier information, and order coordination, while maintaining accurate CRM records and contributing to overall sales performance.

Aufgaben

• Support Key Account Managers with enquiries, quotations and orders.
• Respond to inbound sales enquiries and recommend suitable products.
• Produce accurate quotations and protect profit margins.
• Obtain supplier costs, lead times and stock availability.
• Follow up quotations and build customer relationships.
• Maintain CRM records and sales reports (Pipedrive).
• Monitor main sales inbox and upload quotations to portals.
• Take outbound calls and telemarketing during quieter periods.
