Responsabilités

• Accurately manage customer orders to meet expectations.
• Serve as main point of contact for customers with updates.
• Communicate lead times, deliveries, stock, credits, returns, and project updates.
• Organise stock to be ready for customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
