Job summary

ALS Laboratories (UK) is recruiting a Sales Support Assistant for Coventry. The role supports Waters Sales and Customer Services, managing admin tasks, customer onboarding and project activations. You will liaise across Sales, laboratory operations and subcontracting to ensure timely updates.

The position is full-time with hybrid work after training and probation. The annual salary is £25,879.40, with opportunities for progression and benefits.

Qualifications

• Educated to A Level or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is desirable.
• Knowledge of CRM systems would be beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain back-office administration and records for Sales.
• Handle calls and outreach to clients.
• Prepare and issue quotations from enquiry to activation.
• Onboard new customers and activate projects.
• Coordinate between Sales, labs and Customer Services; chase progress.
