Job summary

Victory Design Ltd in Clowne, Chesterfield, is offering an apprenticeship to join our sales-support team. You will learn to take customer orders by phone and email, input them into our CRM, and help ensure accurate processing from start to finish.

During the programme you will earn a wage while gaining industry-specific skills and will work toward the Business Administration Level 3 with backing from the employer and Chesterfield College Group.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship toward Business Administration Level 3 with support from employer.

Responsibilities

• Taking orders from customers by phone, email, and entering them into the CRM.
• Processing card payments when required.
• Liaising with customers on courier issues.
• Arranging customer credits and returns.
• Filing and general administrative tasks.
• Database cleansing and data input into the CRM.
• Providing product information to customers and prospects.
• Handling online chat.
• Asking for additional information on email enquiries.
• Assisting with other duties as requested by the Departmental Manager.
