Job summary

Westcoast, based in Theale, is offering a Sales Support Apprentice role that combines hands-on order processing with formal apprenticeship training.

You will support sales orders across UK and international markets, learn pricing tolerance, and grow alongside a mentor as you complete the Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship.

This role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and customer service in a busy distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Processing sales orders accurately across UK and international markets.
• Managing orders efficiently to help maintain service levels.
• Working within an agreed pricing tolerance, using your judgement where a variation would affect margin, and escalating anything beyond that tolerance.
• Keeping up to date with our latest products, services and systems.
• Liaising with vendors to obtain product, pricing and availability information for customers.
• Supporting customer management, working to agreed SLAs and KPIs, and understanding how your accuracy affects the team's performance against them.
