Hillier Nurseries Limited is seeking a friendly Sales Support Administrator to join our on-site team in Romsey, Hampshire. The role involves processing orders and quotes, supporting account managers, and delivering a positive customer experience while maintaining high accuracy in administration.

Amenity Sales Support is a key part of the Company’s sales team whose job it is to help meet sales goals and increase profitability and sales volumes. This individual is responsible for assisting in developing long-term relationships with customers old and new.
Working alongside the Account Managers and Office Manager to satisfy customer’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. The Sales Support Administrator should have excellent communication skills and be customer service orientated. The role will include processing sales orders and quotes, providing reports, responding to queries from both the sales team and customers via email and telephone, providing administration support for procurement, in addition to general administrative housekeeping.
Our ideal candidate will be positive and friendly and will be able to build good relationships with colleagues, customers, and visitors either in person or via telephone.
This is a full-time, on-site role, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm, with an annual salary of £26,000. You must therefore be comfortable commuting to our offices in Ampfield, Hampshire.
