Job summary

Hillier Nurseries Limited is seeking a friendly Sales Support Administrator to join our on-site team in Romsey, Hampshire. The role involves processing orders and quotes, supporting account managers, and delivering a positive customer experience while maintaining high accuracy in administration.

You will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with a salary of £26,000. Full training and employee benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support or administrative roles.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Organised with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing long-term customer relationships.
• Support Account Managers and Office Manager to meet sales goals.
• Respond to customer queries via email and phone and process orders/quotes.
• Provide reports and procurement administration support.
• Maintain general administrative housekeeping and ensure smooth daily operations.
