Sales Support Administrator

Title: Sales Support / Sales Coordinator

Status: Full Time

Location: Office based Carryduff

Compensation: DOE

Whytematter is excited to be recruiting again for their valued client, 4Beauty Group, whose brand portfolio includes the award-winning He-Shi Tan & SKINICIAN skincare.

Who are we looking for?

We seek an experienced Sales Person skilled in developing relationships and generating new business from our client’s brand portfolio (2 brands). Strong communication skills, passion, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.

What will you be responsible for?
  1. Liaising with client accounts for an agreed portfolio of skincare and tanning products to meet sales targets, including distributors, key accounts, wholesalers, and salons.
  2. Supporting the Sales Team with general admin, pricing, sales order processing, trade marketing, and event/promotional support.
  3. Proactively identifying new business opportunities and supporting the sales team in conversion efforts.
  4. Onboarding new customers, completing new line forms, and setting pricing.
  5. Delivering excellent account support, including retail training and event support.
  6. Providing online skin consultations to assist customers in choosing products.
  7. Serving as the first point of contact for incoming calls and showroom visitors.
  8. Handling customer service queries across all channels.
  9. Supporting the marketing team with organizing influencer drops, samples, point-of-sale ordering, and delivery coordination.

  2. Achieving or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  3. Continuously improving work processes and implementing new ideas effectively.
  4. Maintaining clear and regular communication with your manager and sales team.
Essential Requirements
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar sales role.
  • Outbound calling experience and lead generation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in presenting to groups.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Retail experience and a passion for driving new business.
Desirable Requirements
  • Beauty Therapy NVQ Level 2.
  • Experience in processing orders using an accounts package.
  • Experience or track record of selling products similar to those in our portfolio.
  • Proven success in finding new business and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in developing accounts and supporting their success.
