VANRATH is delighted to assist a major digital print company with the recruitment of a Sales Support Administrator to join their growing and dynamic team based in Belfast.

The office is based in Dargan Crescent. Permanent role

Salary: Fully negotiable + progression opportunities

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing quotes for customers based on their specifications and requirements.
  • Processing and following up on customer orders.
  • Ensuring all customer inquiries are followed up promptly and effectively.
  • Updating the computer system with amendments to enquiry, order, and job specifications, and maintaining customer records.
  • Completing all daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports as required.
  • Supporting external sales representatives as needed.
  • Answering incoming telephone calls.
  • Maintaining high-quality customer service at all times.

Criteria:

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and empathy skills, with the ability to adapt communication styles to provide a personal approach.
  • High level of accuracy, with the ability to multitask and manage workload effectively.
