Job description

VANRATH is assisting with the recruitment of a Sales Administrator for a major company specializing in Consultancy and Order Processing.

Position Details

Type: Permanent Full-time

Working hours: Monday - Friday, with flexible start and finish times (8:00am / 8:30am / 9:00am)

Location: Lisburn Road, Belfast, with an option to work 2 days per week from home

Salary & Benefits

£27,000 - £29,500 plus a fantastic benefits package and progression opportunities

Responsibilities
  1. Processing sales and sample orders
  2. Liaising with logistics partners, customers, and sales reps to ensure timely delivery
  3. Handling customer queries and providing customer service
  4. Issuing daily sales volume reports
  5. Processing daily loading sheets
  6. Obtaining supporting evidence and authorization for credit notes
  7. Performing general administrative and filing duties
  8. Performing receptionist duties as required
  9. Collaborating closely with management and the sales team as part of a small admin team
  10. Supporting other members of the admin and accounting teams as needed
  11. Performing additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the company
