Keldaa is a fast-growing startup launching in August 2025, dedicated to transforming how service professionals and their clients connect and do business. We solve the problem of fragmented booking, payment, employment management, loyalty systems and so much more by offering an all-in-one digital platform that streamlines operations, empowers professionals, and delivers seamless experiences for clients.

The Role

We are looking for motivated, entrepreneurial Sales Representatives to join our team as independent contractors. In this role, you’ll generate leads, onboard new clients, and drive the adoption of Keldaa’s innovative digital platform within your assigned territory. You’ll be at the forefront of our growth, helping businesses thrive with better tools and smarter solutions.

Importantly, we are seeking candidates who have the ambition and potential to take on the role of "Head of Territory" or “Head of Sales” as the company grows.This means you should be ready to demonstrate leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team in your region in the future.

'What You’ll Do

  • Actively prospect, engage, and onboard new clients to the Keldaa platform
  • Present and sell Keldaa’s subscription-based services to businesses
  • Accurately record all client interactions and onboarding steps in our CRM
  • Achieving monthly sales targets and maintain high client retention
  • Collaborate with our team to optimize sales strategies and share market feedback
  • Develop leadership skills and demonstrate readiness to step up as Head of Territory as we expand

Skills and Experience

  • Experience with HubSpot (Preferred):Proficient in using HubSpot CRM tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and optimize the sales pipeline.
  • Self-Care Industry Background (Preferred):Familiarity with the self-care, wellness, or beauty industry, understanding both product offerings and client needs in this sector.
  • SaaS Sales Experience:2–3 years of proven success selling SaaS products or subscription-based digital solutions, ideally in a B2B/Portal environment.
  • Product Knowledge:Ability to quickly learn and articulate the value, features, and benefits of SaaS solutions to diverse clients.
  • Sales Presentation & Negotiation:Strong presentation abilities, with experience delivering compelling demos and negotiating.
  • Relationship Building:Track record of building trust and long-term relationships with clients, focusing on retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Coachability & Adaptability:Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Motivated self-starters with a passion for sales and technology
  • Strong communicators who are persuasive and relationship-oriented
  • Organized, target-driven, and comfortable using CRM tools
  • Previous B2B sales or SaaS experience is a plus, but not required
  • Leadership potential and the ambition to grow into a Head of Territory and maybe a Head of Sales role
