The Opportunity:

ISR is working with a high-profile client on a cutting-edge programme and is looking to engage a skilled Geospatial Platform Engineer to support the ongoing development, optimisation, and deployment of scalable geospatial platforms.

You will be instrumental in building and maintaining the infrastructure that supports powerful geospatial analysis and services – enabling the delivery of complex data insights at scale.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker)
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Experience managing geospatial tools/platforms such as MapLibre, Mapbox, CesiumJS, or similar technologies
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash) and working knowledge of APIs and microservices

Security Clearance:

Candidates must be eligible to pass Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) checks.
