The Portfolio Group Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Partner in Manchester to join our Client Solutions team. This delivery/account management role focuses on filling sales positions for a global retained client, with no business development tasks.

You will manage multiple sales vacancies across locations, build strong client relationships, headhunt top talent, and drive candidate progression through a fast-paced environment. We offer a transparent commission scheme and multiple bonus opportunities.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Partner to join our established Client Solutions team in Manchester, recruiting Sales positions for our global retained client!

This is a Delivery / Account Management / 180 role - no Business Development, however stakeholder management is key.

The Role;

As part of our Client Solutions team, you will be responsible for the recruitment delivery of sales professionals of all levels, with a heavy lean towards BDM roles, into our prestigious, global key client.

• Client Development & Relationship Building (no BD involved with this role)
• A fast paced role, working on up to 10 sales jobs at any one time across various locations
• Client meetings - both in person and video
• Head hunting, networking & candidate management
• Database Management

The Person;

• You should be a successful Recruiter, either from an onsite or agency background with a proven track record of success within Sales Recruitment
• Pace is key for us - you will have experience of working multiple roles across different locations and spinning lots of plates!
• Strong candidate management and process management
• Strong relationship building skills
• You should be driven, proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
