Proactive Personnel Limited are recruiting a Recruitment Consultant to join our established Manchester office. We are a privately owned company, established in 1999, employing over 100 staff and delivering exceptional recruitment service to our clients.

An immediate start is available for the successful candidate. You will be energetic, enthusiastic and committed, with a full training programme to provide you with the tools needed for a long-term career in recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Generate business through outbound sales and business development
• Manage client accounts daily
• Generate candidates by sourcing using top job boards and local candidate attraction methods
• Interview candidates and maintain recruitment administration
• Develop and foster long-term relationships with both candidates and clients
• Hold client meetings face to face

As a Recruiter you will:

• Able to work in a busy and demanding office environment

• Interview candidates and maintain recruitment administration
• Develop and foster long-term relationships with both candidates and clients
• Hold client meetings face to face
