Job summary

The Best Connection in Stockport is seeking a motivated recruiter to own the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement. A fast-paced, people-focused role with full training and ongoing support, office-based Monday to Friday, in a supportive, employee-owned business.

You'll build strong client and candidate relationships, identify new business through calls and visits, and work toward achievable sales targets with mentorship and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• No recruitment experience required; full training provided.
• Office-based role with Monday–Friday hours.
• A full current driving licence may be required for client visits.

• Identify and win new business through sales calls and face to face client visits.

Salary & Package:

Basic Salary: £27,000, increasing to £28,000 after 12 months

First-Year Earning Potential: £29,000 – £30,000 including commission

About the Role:

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM with 1 hour lunch break
