Job summary

Permanent People Ltd. in Manchester seeks an experienced Recruitment Business Manager to lead and develop consultants on established desks (Housing Systems, Data or Client Solutions). Drive client relationships, grow the portfolio, and shape the next phase of the Manchester office while staying hands-on with business development.

You will inherit a warm desk, manage a growing team, and have clear career progression with substantial incentives and a strong investment in networking and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in recruitment with leadership experience
• Strong background in permanent tech recruitment preferred
• Experience mentoring and developing consultants
• Commercial drive and ability to win new business
• Comfortable remaining hands-on in a 360 recruitment role
• Excellent client relationship management and team leadership

Recruitment Business Manager - Manchester

One of the UK's most respected technology recruitment businesses is continuing its growth and is looking for an experienced Business Manager to help shape the next phase of its Manchester office.

This isn't about replacing someone.

It's additional leadership because the current Head of Perm has grown the division so successfully that the business is investing in more leaders to develop consultants, grow market share and continue building an already high-performing team.

You'll inherit one of several warm, established specialist desks across Housing Systems, Data or Client Solutions, while continuing to develop your own client portfolio.

The Role
