The Portfolio Group Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Partner in Manchester to join our Client Solutions team. This delivery/account management role focuses on filling sales positions for a global retained client, with no business development tasks.

You will manage multiple sales vacancies across locations, build strong client relationships, headhunt top talent, and drive candidate progression through a fast-paced environment. We offer a transparent commission scheme and multiple bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Sales Recruitment (onsite or agency).
• Experience handling multiple roles across different locations.
• Strong candidate and process management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver recruitment delivery for sales professionals at various levels, with focus on BDM roles.
• Manage headhunting, networking and candidate progression.
• Coordinate client meetings in person and via video.
• Maintain database and build strong client relationships.
