Overview

haart Estate Agents in Westcliff are looking for a Sales Progressor to join their team! This role is on a part-time basis of 3/4 days. As part of the team, you'll be responsible for registering client details and keeping the sales process moving by staying in close contact with all key stakeholders. From mortgage advisers and solicitors to buyers, vendors, and surveyors – you'll chase progress, provide updates, and ensure a smooth, efficient experience for everyone involved. If you're organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to make a real impact with one of the UK's leading estate agencies.

We are currently conducting some interviews using video software.

Compensation
  • Basic salary of £20,000 to £25,000 per year, dependant on experience (pro rata to agreed hours) with salary increase upon tenure/hitting targets.
  • Complete on target earnings of £30,000 per year.
  • Quarterly bonuses for successfully converting a % of the pipeline:
    • 65% – £250
    • 75% – £500
    • 85% – £750
