Job summary

Bellway Homes is seeking a Sales Progressor to move sales from reservation to contract exchange and completion, ensuring quickest possible timelines and maximum profitability. The role includes coordinating between sales teams, lenders, brokers and estate agents, while providing strong customer service and weekly progress updates.

The position requires experience in selling environments, knowledge of housing and conveyancing processes, and the ability to build effective working relationships

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the housing market and conveyancing process would be desirable.
• Experience of working in a sales targeted environment.
• Experience of building effective working relationships within a team.

Responsibilities

• Move sales from reservation stage through to contract exchange and completion.
• Maintain communication between solicitor and customers' solicitor to strive for contract exchange by expiry date.
• Coordinate between divisional sales team, Advisors, Lenders/Brokers/Estate Agents to inform progress of each sale.
• Resolve problems, especially in cases with multiple chains.
• Provide a central point of contact to guide customers through contract/completion.
• Ensure customers receive high levels of service at all times.
• Provide weekly progress updates to Senior Management.
