Job summary

Barratt Developments plc is seeking a capable Sales professional to support the progression of sales from reservation to exchange and legal completion. You will liaise with internal teams and external partners to minimise risk and drive on-time completions.

The role requires strong attention to detail, great communication, and the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team within a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Intermediate level of proficiency on any Sales related IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Process reservations and support sales teams to achieve exchanges and completions.
• Communicate risks and assist to overcome potential cancellations.
• Highlight trends in cancellation rates.
• Attend meetings in line with policy (Sales/Build).
• Compile reports as required by policy and procedures (e.g. down-valuations).
• Build relationships with solicitors, housing associations, NHMAs and other stakeholders to meet completion forecasts.
• Ensure accuracy of reservation documentation and compliance with NHQC/AML policies.
• Utilise sales IT systems to drive performance and provide insights on the customer journey.
• Ensure all legal documentation is signed and executed promptly.
