Job summary

Bellway plc in Scotland East is seeking a Sales Progressor to move reservations through to contract exchange and completion swiftly while maximising profit through effective progression management. You will also provide administrative support to the Sales Office Manager and act as a central point of contact for customers.

Key requirements include knowledge of conveyancing or housing sales, a proactive and customer‑focused approach, and the ability to coordinate with solicitors, lenders, brokers

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the housing market and conveyancing process would be desirable
• Experience of working in a sales targeted environment.
• Experience of building effective working relationships within a team

Responsibilities

• Move sales from reservation to contract exchange and completion.
• Coordinate between solicitors, lenders, brokers and estate agents.
• Provide administrative support to Sales Office Manager.
• Provide weekly updates to Senior Management or as required.
• Ensure customers receive high levels of service at all times.
• Address ad-hoc queries to assist conveyancers and progressions.
