Job summary

Vistry Group in Warrington is seeking a Sales Progressor to advance reservations to exchange and legal completion within established timescales. You will support the customer journey by coordinating with solicitors, mortgage brokers and estate agents, ensuring prompt resolution of issues to keep sales on track.

You will maintain accurate updates for forecasting and work with internal teams to ensure timely completions, contributing to a collaborative culture while flexibility is supported where

Qualifications

• Experience in Legal Conveyancing or Estate Agency advantageous.
• Strong IT skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Residential housebuilder background is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Update internal systems with all sales progress activity, keeping plot records up to date.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders from site set up and manage the customer database until site sales presence.
• Proactively communicate issues with conveyancing to the Sales & Marketing Director to help ensure timely completions.
• Ensure new developments are set up with legal teams for the first sales release.
• Produce weekly sales progression tracker for the team.
• Keep the sales team and customers informed of actions they need to take.
