Job summary

Maitland Selwyn is supporting a national housebuilder in Exeter in the recruitment of a Sales Progressor to oversee the progression of new home sales from reservation through to legal completion.

The role involves coordinating with purchasers, solicitors and estate agents, ensuring timely progression, maintaining high service levels and delivering targets within the set timescales for a busy residential development team.

Qualifications

• Experience in new home sales progression, conveyancing, estate agency or residential property environment.
• Strong understanding of residential sales progression and conveyancing processes.
• Experience working with legal terminology and representatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate progression of new home sales from reservation to legal completion.
• Liaise with purchasers, solicitors, financial representatives, estate agents and internal sales teams.
• Ensure progression meets prescribed timescales and targets.
• Monitor progress against forecasts and budgets.
• Attend weekly management meetings and provide progression updates.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while handling a high workload.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
