Job summary

Your Recruiters in Shepshed is seeking a Sales Order Co-ordinator to receive and process customer sales orders, enter detailed order information onto SAP, and monitor orders through to delivery.

You will respond to customer queries by telephone and email, keep records up to date, and build strong relationships with the accounts you support, while collaborating with Sales, Finance, Marketing and Business Development.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and processing customer sales orders.
• Entering detailed order information accurately onto SAP.
• Checking orders and resolving missing or incorrect information.
• Monitoring orders through to delivery.
• Responding to customer queries by telephone and email.
• Keeping customer and order records up to date.
• Building good working relationships with the accounts you support.
• Producing reports when required.
• Working closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing and Business Development.
