Job summary

Think Specialist Recruitment is recruiting a temporary Customer Orders Administrator in Hemel Hempstead. The role supports customers and partners, manages orders, follows up deliveries and assists with invoicing. Hybrid working is offered with training in the office before moving to a regular hybrid pattern.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills. SAP experience is a plus, CRM/ERP familiarity is helpful, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and systems is important.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on timely resolution.
• Experience with SAP is advantageous but not essential.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP or similar systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, enquiries and requests, ensuring timely resolution.
• Register spare parts and consumables orders in relevant systems.
• Follow up on orders, delivery times and invoicing; keep customers informed.
• Provide information on products, pricing, availability and delivery times.
• Maintain accurate customer/product data across business systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate information to customers.
