Job summary

Volvo Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales Order Processing professional to support our dealer network, process orders, and coordinate deliveries for fleet customers. You will work closely with the SOP Logistics team and collaborate with Renault Trucks UK and France to ensure orders progress smoothly and on time.

The role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office 365, Excel, and SAP.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial sales environment and understanding of customer requirements.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
• Strong data accuracy and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Support our dealer network by providing timely order and delivery updates, responding to queries and resolving issues.
• Process and track customer orders, ensuring information is accurate and orders progress to delivery.
• Monitor factory delivery schedules, identify potential delays and work with stakeholders to find solutions.
• Investigate order processing errors, invoicing queries and vehicle claims, and resolve them.
• Maintain vehicle information on the RAV portal, support dealer registration queries and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate fleet and demonstration vehicle orders, reviewing schedules to stay on track.
• Produce month end sales and inventory reports, analyse data and identify process improvements.
• Experience in commercial sales environment, understanding customer requirements and deadlines.
• Customer focused approach, providing timely updates and delivering a positive experience.
• Practical problem-solving mindset, able to manage priorities and find effective solutions.
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
• IT skills including Microsoft Office 365, Excel and SAP, with proactive workload management.
