Det-Tronics is seeking a customer service/-order processing professional in the United Kingdom to manage end-to-end sales orders, shipping, and invoicing. You will liaise with regional managers and customers to ensure timely deliveries and accurate documentation.

In this busy role, you will handle inventory, logistics, and reporting, supporting the finance team and maintaining customer portals. A proactive team player with strong communication skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer order management and processing experience.
• Good understanding to deliver excellent customer service.
• Microsoft Office proficiency and numerical accuracy.
• Articulate with strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Team player capable of working on own initiative.

Responsabilités

• Manage all sales order processing including projects from inventory receipt to invoicing.
• Coordinate shipping and invoicing with regional sales managers and account managers.
• Provide customers with order status updates and generate delivery metrics (OTD).
• Liaise with DEC colleagues and vendors to meet delivery expectations.
• Assist finance with invoice queries and annual audits.
• Maintain customer mail boxes and portals with current delivery information.
