RVM Systems UK is seeking a Stock & Order Coordinator to support the UK's Deposit Return Scheme rollout, ensuring machines, parts and equipment move efficiently from purchasing through to dispatch.

You'll raise purchase orders, monitor orders through to delivery, coordinate freight, maintain stock records, and collaborate with Account Managers to meet customer delivery deadlines; experience with ERP like Dynamics 365 BC is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Procurement & Inventory Coordinator.
• Experience in order processing, stock control, logistics or warehouse administration.
• Strong organisation and planning skills; able to manage growth and change.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsabilités

• Raise and manage purchase orders.
• Monitor orders from placement through delivery.
• Track progress and address potential delays.
• Coordinate shipping with freight forwarders and logistics providers.
• Maintain order data in company system and stock records.
• Support inbound deliveries and warehouse operations.
• Communicate delays and changes to stakeholders.
• Perform stock checks and inventory reconciliation.
• Liaise with Account Managers to meet customer deadlines.
• Provide regular updates on stock availability.
