Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous administrative or sales support experience is needed.
• Strong organisational skills and accuracy are essential.
• Experience handling customer enquiries and coordinating orders is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders received online, by email, and by phone.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to enquiries.
• Manage orders from receipt through to delivery.
• Liaise with UK and international haulage providers to coordinate shipments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and databases.
